 Owl's Hollow Hydroponic Farm...So fresh its still growing!
Who we are
Owl's Hollow Hydroponic farm was established in May 2001 as a commercial lettuce and basil grower serving groceries and restaurants in the Birmingham and Atlanta areas as well as a farmers market in Birmingham. Our products are grown actually floating in water which contains all of the nutrients they need. When we harvest, we leave the roots on so that they stay fresher in storage and keep their crisp flavor longer.
 What we Grow
 Growing over 6 varieties of tasty, sweet, colorful lettuces and greens such as dark ruby red lettuce, Buttercrunch, Romaine lettuce, and Sweet Italian Basil as well as Arugula, Watercress and Opal basil. We also grow greenhouse cucumbers, tomatoes, and much more. So much variety gives us a product mix that is full of flavor, color, and texture which can liven up any salad.
We also field grow Heirloom tomatoes and lots of other vegetables on our farm at a beautiful place called Owl's Hollow.
