在線留言制氮機是根據(jù)可變壓力吸附技術設計,制造氮氣生產(chǎn)設備。制氮機以進口碳分子篩(CMS)為吸附劑,采用正常溫度壓力吸附原理(PSA)分離空氣,實現(xiàn)高純度氮。通常同時采用兩個吸附塔,通過進口PLC控制進口氣動閥自動操作,交替增壓減壓再生,完全氮氧分離,實現(xiàn)必要的氮氣高純度。

制氮機深冷氮不僅可以產(chǎn)生氮氣,而且能產(chǎn)生液氮,滿足液氮工藝的需要,并可儲存在液氮儲罐中,當?shù)g歇性負荷或空氣分離設備進行維修時,蒸發(fā)器中罐中的液氮被加熱,輸入到產(chǎn)品氮氣管道中,滿足工藝單元對氮的需求。深冷氮生產(chǎn)運行周期(指兩大加熱間隔)一般為1年以上,因此深冷氮生產(chǎn)一般不考慮備件。而可變壓力吸附氮只能產(chǎn)生氮氣,沒有備用劑,一套設備不能保證連續(xù)長循環(huán)運行。

山東制氮機保養(yǎng)和檢查計劃:

一、檢查制氮機的管路是否出現(xiàn)泄漏,部件有無損壞等;
1、 Check whether there is leakage in the pipeline of nitrogen generator and whether the parts are damaged;
二、每隔兩個月左右就要對設備進行一個元器件方面的定點檢查,檢測是否出現(xiàn)異常和故障;
2、 Every two months or so, it is necessary to carry out a fixed-point inspection on the components of the equipment to detect whether there is any abnormality or failure;
三、分析分子篩的含量是否降低,很多制氮機的純度達不到純度就是因為這個原因引起;
3、 Analyzing whether the content of molecular sieve is reduced, the purity of many nitrogen generators can not reach the purity is caused by this reason;
四、每隔一年就要更換一次制氮機的濾芯,更換濾芯的時候要對設備進行泄壓,以免產(chǎn)生人身問題,更換過程中不能損壞濾芯中心的O型密封圈;
4、 The filter element of the nitrogen generator should be replaced every other year. When replacing the filter element, the pressure of the equipment should be relieved to avoid personal safety problems. The O-ring in the center of the filter element should not be damaged during the replacement process;
五、每年更換一次活性炭過濾器。

制氮機以空氣作為原料,在一定的壓力條件下,使用氧氣和氮等不同特性的氣體在膜上有不同的滲透速率來分離氧氣和氮氣。與其他氮化設備相比,具有結(jié)構簡單、體積小、無離合器閥、維護少、氣體生產(chǎn)快(3分鐘)、容量增加方便等優(yōu)點,特別適用于氮化純度為98%的中小型氮氣用戶,具有好的功能比。當?shù)獑挝怀^98%時,比相同規(guī)格的PSA氮氣機貴15%以上。
