The oil-water separator of air compressor is generally referred to as oil separation in the industry. While it separates oil and compressed air, impurities are also trapped on its filter material, blocking the filter micropores, causing excessive resistance, increasing power consumption of air compressor, which is not conducive to energy conservation and emission reduction. Therefore, when the oil plug reaches the pressure difference, it needs to be replaced. So, what are the reasons for the blockage of the oil-water separator of air compressor?
空壓機(jī)油水分離器產(chǎn)生堵塞故障現(xiàn)象,可能是以下原因?qū)е?
The blockage of oil-water separator of air compressor may be caused by the following reasons:
1、空壓機(jī)周圍環(huán)境。空壓機(jī)周圍環(huán)境中帶有腐蝕性氣體,如有些場(chǎng)合會(huì)有硫化物、天那水、清洗用的化學(xué)劑等揮發(fā)在空氣中。機(jī)器的高溫本身就加速了機(jī)油的氧化,一旦這些氣體進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)系統(tǒng)與機(jī)油發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng),從而產(chǎn)生積碳和油泥等,部分雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入機(jī)油循環(huán)系統(tǒng)被機(jī)油過(guò)濾器攔截,另部分雜質(zhì)隨之油氣混合物上升到油分,在氣體通過(guò)油分時(shí),這些雜質(zhì)滯留在油分濾紙上,把過(guò)濾孔堵塞,油分的阻力慢慢增加,致使油分在較短時(shí)間內(nèi)就需要提前更換。如果因不適合使用環(huán)境,可選用重型空氣過(guò)濾器或?qū)⒖諌簷C(jī)的吸氣引導(dǎo)到有清潔空t氣的地方。
1. Air compressor environment. The air compressor environment is corrosive gas, such as sulfide, Tianna water, cleaning chemicals and other volatile in the air in some occasions. The high temperature of the machine accelerates the oxidation of oil. Once these gases enter the air compressor system and react with the oil, carbon deposition and sludge are generated. Some impurities enter the oil circulation system and are intercepted by the oil filter. The other impurities rise to the oil content with the oil-gas mixture. When the gas passes through the oil, these impurities are stuck on the oil separation filter paper and the filter holes are blocked, The resistance of oil content increases slowly, which makes it necessary to replace the oil in a short time. If it is not suitable for the environment, heavy air filter can be selected or the air compressor suction can be guided to the place with clean air t-gas.
2、空濾連接主機(jī)進(jìn)氣口之間的管路上有泄漏。造成泄漏的常見(jiàn)原因有:空濾沒(méi)有安裝好;空濾總成的接觸面積不平;空濾與總成的接觸面有臟物附著在上面,導(dǎo)致泄漏;空濾表面的彈性接觸墊放歪了;空濾或空濾總成破裂等。
2. There is leakage in the pipeline between the air filter and the main engine air inlet. The common causes of leakage are: the air filter is not installed well; the contact area of air filter assembly is uneven; the contact surface of air filter and assembly is attached to it, which leads to leakage; the elastic contact pad on the air filter surface is set off improperly; the air filter or air filter assembly is broken, etc.
3、未使用合格的空濾、油濾、機(jī)油,-種或者多種情祝都存在。過(guò)濾精度差的空濾會(huì)讓部分空氣中的粉塵顆粒無(wú)法被攔截,會(huì)直接進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)系統(tǒng),油濾和油分負(fù)荷過(guò)大,導(dǎo)致堵塞;進(jìn)入空壓機(jī)系統(tǒng)的雜質(zhì)、油氧化物、磨損的金屬顆粒等由于油濾過(guò)濾精度差,一部分?jǐn)r截在油濾過(guò)濾層上,另部分雜質(zhì)一直在機(jī)器內(nèi)循環(huán)直上升到油分,分離后滯留在油分的過(guò)濾層中,導(dǎo)致油分過(guò)早被堵塞;抗氧化性差的機(jī)油不宜使用,即使工作時(shí)間較短,也會(huì)產(chǎn)生積碳和膠狀物,將油分堵塞。

壓縮空氣中的固體粒子經(jīng)過(guò)油分芯時(shí)滯留在過(guò)濾層中,這就導(dǎo)致油分芯壓差(阻力)不斷增加。隨著油分芯使用時(shí)間增長(zhǎng),當(dāng)油分芯壓差達(dá)到0.08到0.1MPa時(shí),濾芯更換,否則會(huì)增加空壓機(jī)運(yùn)行成本(耗電)或管道壓力不足。
The solid particles in compressed air are trapped in the filter layer when they pass through the oil core, which leads to the increase of the pressure difference (resistance) of the oil core. With the increase of service time of oil core, when the pressure difference between oil core separation reaches 0.08 to 0.1MPa, the filter element will be replaced, otherwise, the operating cost of air compressor (power consumption) or pipeline pressure will be insufficient.
4、油分濾材.上水分過(guò)多使濾材發(fā)脹微孔收縮,使油分的有效分離面積減少,導(dǎo)致油分阻力增加,提前堵塞。
4. Oil filter material. Excessive water on the filter material causes the expansion and micropore shrinkage of the filter material, which reduces the effective separation area of oil content, and increases the resistance of oil content and blocks in advance.
