我們把干燥塔內(nèi)氣流分布不均,中間流得快,邊緣流得慢的現(xiàn)象稱為“隧@道效應(yīng)”。

形成原因1:壓縮空氣進入干燥塔之前,會通過一個氣流分布器,在氣流分布器周圍及頂端,分散排列著許多小孔,壓縮空氣通過這些小孔進入吸附塔內(nèi)。而干燥塔出口處的結(jié)構(gòu)與進口是相同的,所以在干燥塔中心處的流程短,左右邊緣處的流程就長;塔徑越大,邊緣處流程越長,就越容易形成“隧#道效應(yīng)”。

1.采用定制的氣流分布器,結(jié)合合適的塔體“高徑比”,經(jīng)過合理的設(shè)計計算,在滿足流通量的同時,還保證氣流能夠均勻合理的分散,并且通過仿真模擬驗證設(shè)計的有用性及可靠性。
1.
