2. Check the main oil pump and auxiliary oil pump of the air compressor to confirm that they work normally and turn correctly. The oil thermometer and pressure gauge shall be complete, with qualified measuring range and normal operation. Fill the accumulator with dry nitrogen to keep the gas pressure in the accumulator within the specified value. Adjust the oil pressure of the oil circuit system to meet the design requirements. 3. Adjust the valve on the process gas pipeline to a certain position according to the starting requirements. Generally, the inlet and outlet valves of the air compressor shall be closed, the return valve or vent valve for anti surge shall be fully opened, and the outlet valve to the process system shall also be fully closed. The switches of various valves shall be flexible and accurate without jamming.
