一、檢查空壓機(jī)的冷卻器，如果是風(fēng)冷方式的冷卻器，就檢查灰塵是否過多了，過多容易導(dǎo)致通風(fēng)不良，使空壓機(jī)設(shè)備達(dá)不到足夠的散熱，容易出現(xiàn)高溫的情況；水冷的冷卻器就檢查有沒有過多水垢產(chǎn)生了堵塞，帶不走油點(diǎn)溫度，達(dá)不到散熱效果。

二、檢查空壓機(jī)機(jī)油、油位是否已經(jīng)少于機(jī)油窺視鏡限度。機(jī)油過少的情況下，空壓機(jī)在整個運(yùn)行過程中是得不到足夠的冷卻和潤滑作用的。

三、要做好溫控閥的檢查，溫控閥它好比一個四通閥，在溫度低的時候機(jī)油循環(huán)是從油分離器直接通到主機(jī)頭里潤滑散熱，當(dāng)機(jī)油循環(huán)中溫度一般達(dá)到80-88度左右的時候溫控閥會漸漸打開讓油分離器的機(jī)油通過冷卻器冷卻后再送到主機(jī)里達(dá)到冷卻循環(huán)的作用。

3、 To check the temperature control valve, the temperature control valve is like a four-way valve. When the temperature is low, the oil circulation is directly from the oil separator to the main engine head for lubrication and heat dissipation. 四、要檢查斷油閥和油過濾，油過濾堵塞會導(dǎo)致主機(jī)頭進(jìn)油量過少，一般油過濾是周期性的必須更換。而斷油閥沒有完全打開也會導(dǎo)致進(jìn)油量過少都會讓主機(jī)頭逐漸升溫，直到報警停機(jī)為止。

4、 To check the oil cut-off valve and oil filtration, the blockage of the oil filter will lead to too little oil into the main engine head. Generally, the oil filtration is periodic and must be replaced. 五、要檢查溫度傳感器和溫度開關(guān)，這是很重要的一個檢查，溫度傳感器，是一個熱電阻，起到一個探測信號的作用，把信號傳到電腦主控器里邊。如果傳感器故障，就會出現(xiàn)探測的溫度不準(zhǔn)確，還有傳感器的線接觸不良等都會引起主控報警停機(jī)的。
