干燥機(jī)的性能如何穩(wěn)定？

隨著現(xiàn)代工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，對壓縮空氣質(zhì)量的要求也越來越高，壓縮空氣的質(zhì)量主要由壓力露點(diǎn)決定，露點(diǎn)值越低，壓縮空氣質(zhì)量越好。在干燥機(jī)使用的時候，通常因為一些操作問題對機(jī)體造成損害，隨著時間的推移，一些平日不注意的問題就會導(dǎo)致干燥機(jī)的性能大大降低。由于不同的行業(yè)生產(chǎn)工藝存在差異化，對壓縮空氣的露點(diǎn)要求也不一樣。其實(shí)多數(shù)企業(yè)并不知道壓縮空氣品質(zhì)不良會給生產(chǎn)帶來巨大的危害，多數(shù)生產(chǎn)企業(yè)依然還是在使用冷凍式干燥機(jī)，壓力露點(diǎn)普遍在10℃左右，并不能滿足生產(chǎn)所需，

我們使用的冷凍式干燥機(jī)就是根據(jù)濕空氣的物理性質(zhì)，利用制冷技術(shù)將壓縮空氣強(qiáng)制冷卻到要求的露點(diǎn)溫度以下，從而將其中所含的水蒸汽油霧冷凝成液滴，由自動排水器排出機(jī)外。而實(shí)際上冷干機(jī)能達(dá)到企業(yè)產(chǎn)品壓縮空氣行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的卻少之又少，而導(dǎo)致達(dá)不到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的原因之一就是冷媒的填充問題。

冷媒灌注過少，冷干機(jī)會出現(xiàn)這些現(xiàn)象：

1、蒸發(fā)壓力、冷凝壓力都比正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)低，但空氣露點(diǎn)卻降不下，壓縮機(jī)外殼發(fā)燙。而冷媒灌注過多，冷干機(jī)則會出現(xiàn)：

1. Evaporation pressure and condensation pressure are lower than normal operation, but the air dew point can not be reduced, and the compressor shell is hot. However, if the refrigerant is poured too much, the cold dryer will appear:

2、由于冷媒液體存積于冷凝器，使冷凝面積減小，導(dǎo)致冷凝壓力升高，嚴(yán)重時引起高壓跳閘;

2. As the refrigerant liquid accumulates in the condenser, the condensing area is reduced, which leads to the increase of condensing pressure and high-pressure trip in serious cases;

3、制冷壓縮機(jī)負(fù)荷增高，起動困難;

3. The load of refrigeration compressor is increased and it is difficult to start;

4、制冷劑在蒸發(fā)器中未能全部汽化，使?jié)裾魵膺M(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)，有“液壓縮”危險;

5、由于冷凝壓力升高，使壓縮機(jī)制冷量減少，空氣露點(diǎn)上升。

因此冷媒的填充并不容易，沒有直觀的填充顯示，則會讓填充的難度更大,干燥機(jī)的模芯填充物為專用分子篩，分子篩的篩體式分散對流設(shè)計，合理分配氣源，吸附死角，有效利用所有的吸附劑，既減少了吸附劑的填充量，還化的發(fā)揮了分子篩的吸附作用。保持干燥機(jī)的性能穩(wěn)定，對干燥機(jī)做好檢查，次操作時一定要注意，避免損傷機(jī)體，所以應(yīng)該為干燥機(jī)做定期保養(yǎng)。
