其中需要考慮就是要平衡前期安裝成本和后期運行成本，這里的安裝成本包括了離心風(fēng)機成本，電機成本，風(fēng)機安裝尺寸等。

但是有些系統(tǒng)的系數(shù)考慮過大，也是沒有必要的。比如說離心風(fēng)機實際運行壓力只有預(yù)期壓力的50%。導(dǎo)致離心通風(fēng)機在非常的效率點運行，甚工況點偏離選型點過遠(yuǎn)而引起電機過載。雖然可以改變風(fēng)機的轉(zhuǎn)速來解決電機過載問題。卻也因此損失了很多風(fēng)量從而降低了系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)能力。

As a result, the centrifugal fan runs at a very high efficiency point, and even the operating point deviates from the selection point too far, resulting in motor overload. Although the fan speed can be changed to solve the problem of motor overload. But it also lost a lot of air volume, which reduced the production capacity of the system.

這種情況下，簡單的解決方法是選擇大功率電機，但會因此同時增加安裝成本以及后期的運營成本。與離心通風(fēng)機在設(shè)計中僅僅考慮增加壓力余量，不如結(jié)合余量與風(fēng)機的選型，增大使用壓力到風(fēng)機曲線高點壓力范圍，使操作壓力有較大的余量。

In this case, the simple solution is to choose high-power motor, but it will increase the installation cost and later operation cost. It is better to combine the safety margin with the type selection of the fan and increase the range from the operating pressure to the high point of the fan curve, so that the operating pressure has a larger margin.

如果起初系統(tǒng)設(shè)計預(yù)留20%的系數(shù)被認(rèn)為是較理想的，那么離心通風(fēng)機選型應(yīng)選擇風(fēng)機操作點壓力少低于高壓力的15%，并同時預(yù)留10%的系數(shù)。這樣就會確保所選擇的風(fēng)機會在運行過程中更接近所需的的工作點。

If it is considered to be ideal to reserve 20% of the safety factor in the initial system design, the selection of centrifugal fan should select that the pressure at the operating point of the fan should be at least 15% lower than that of the high pressure, and a safety factor of 10% should be reserved at the same time.
