一、制氮機(jī)日常使用保養(yǎng)注意事項(xiàng)：

1、 Precautions for daily use and maintenance of nitrogen generator:

1. 制氮機(jī)所需電源、氣源、溫度條件的正常供應(yīng)和正常的開啟關(guān)閉；尤其是電源電壓的穩(wěn)定，減少因電源問題帶來對(duì)控制器、電磁閥的損壞。

2. 隨時(shí)注意空氣儲(chǔ)氣罐壓力，保持空氣儲(chǔ)氣罐壓力在0.6～0.8MPa之間，不要低于額定值。

4. Regularlycheck the three pressure gauges on the nitrogen generator, make a daily record of the pressure change for equipment failure analysis, and observe the flow meter and nitrogen purity at any time to maintain the nitrogen purity of the outlet gas.

6. Carry out operation and routine maintenance according to the requirements of the instrument operation rules, and irregularly check the sensitivity of the solenoid valve / pneumatic valve, the pressure range of the pressure regulating valve, the accuracy of the gas analyzer, the compression of the adsorption tower, the exhaust condition of the muffler, and the cleanliness of the inner pipe of the flowmeter.

2、 Periodic maintenance of nitrogen generator (completed by professional nitrogen generator maintenance manufacturer)

1.對(duì)空氣處理環(huán)節(jié)的檢測(cè)，冷干機(jī)的制冷效果怎么樣，對(duì)管道濾芯定期更換（每六個(gè)月更換一次），使空氣質(zhì)量更好。
