在線留言大家都知道制氮機在工作的時候都是通過壓縮空氣進入制單系統(tǒng)中然后在通過變壓吸附的方式把氮氣提純,相信很多用戶對于氮氣中的水含量是比較關系的,因為工藝不一樣對氮氣中的水含量的要求也不一樣,那么氮氣的干燥度都受到哪些因素影響呢。

壓縮空氣中的水在進入制氮系統(tǒng)之前會通過三級過濾器的處理,處理之后會過濾掉大部分的水,之后進入冷凍式干燥機,經(jīng)過冷凍式干燥機處理后,壓縮空氣中的水含量就比較少。
The water in the compressed air will pass through the three-stage filter before entering the nitrogen generation system. After treatment, most of the water will be filtered out, and then it will enter the freeze dryer. After being treated by the freeze dryer, the water content in the compressed air is relatively small.
但是對氮氣干燥度要求比較高的話需要加上吸附式干燥機,冷干機之后再經(jīng)過吸干機的處理,這樣子壓縮空氣中的水含量就很低了。自然制氮機的出口氮氣的干燥度也會提升。
However, if the requirement of nitrogen dryness is higher, the adsorption dryer should be added. After the cold dryer, the water content in the compressed air will be very low. The dryness of nitrogen at the outlet of natural nitrogen generator will also be improved.
所以對氮氣干燥度要求比較高的用戶,需要用過濾器加上冷干機和吸干機配合使用。
