從制氮機的組成來看，影響其穩(wěn)定因素主要只有兩個方面，控制閥和碳分子篩。

PSA制氮機應具有的性能：

閥門周期（每隔60秒）須開關一次，制氮機每年300個工作日計算，每天24小時連續(xù)動行，吸附與解吸周期為4分鐘計，那么每只閥門每年需要開、關20多萬次。
