PSA制氮機(jī)出現(xiàn)噴灰現(xiàn)象該如何處理？

制氮機(jī)噴灰現(xiàn)象，也被稱之為碳分子篩粉化，這種情況的出現(xiàn)是由于碳分子篩壓不嚴(yán)實(shí)或碳分子篩松動(dòng)，造成制氮機(jī)噴粉冒黑煙，此時(shí)需要整個(gè)系統(tǒng)徹底更換碳分子篩。如果此時(shí)還是正常添加碳分子篩，就會(huì)出現(xiàn)碳分子篩不停地噴出，后果會(huì)越來越嚴(yán)重，整個(gè)氮?dú)夤艿老到y(tǒng)會(huì)有碳分子篩粉末。
