真空干燥機的調(diào)試方法有哪些?

1、在調(diào)試前我們需要將箱門關上還要將門的拉手旋緊到位，然后關閉放氣閥，并開啟真空閥。當然在^一使用時可能真空閥的開關比較緊，你可以用力旋轉。

我們在接通真空泵電源時，需要開始抽氣，此時則需要先關閉真空閥后再關閉真空泵電源，好防止真空泵機的油倒流到工作室內(nèi)，此時真空干燥機內(nèi)是處于真空狀態(tài)。此為抽真空調(diào)試法。

那么當測量溫度時如果已經(jīng)接近或者是等于設定溫度后，再過1到2小時后就差不多能夠進入恒溫狀態(tài)了。如果說所需溫度比較低的時候，我們可以采用二次設定的方式，好使它能夠盡快進入到恒溫狀態(tài)。
