空壓機突發(fā)事故如何進(jìn)行預(yù)防？

在科技飛速發(fā)展的今天，隨著我國工業(yè)化水平越來越高，對設(shè)備要求也越來越高，由于其特殊的結(jié)構(gòu)和介質(zhì)的理化性質(zhì)，空壓機設(shè)備發(fā)生危險越來越多。

Because of its special structure and the physical and chemical properties of the medium, the air compressor equipment is more and more dangerous.

(1)空氣壓縮機及其配套的貯罐、管系等應(yīng)當(dāng)按照有關(guān)的設(shè)計規(guī)范進(jìn)行設(shè)計，大型空壓機吸氣管前，應(yīng)安裝干式過濾器。

(1) The air compressor and its supporting storage tank and piping system shall be designed in accordance with the relevant national design specifications, and the dry filter shall be installed in front of the suction pipe of the large air compressor.

(2)空氣壓縮后，溫度急劇升高，空壓機一定配置有用的冷 卻系統(tǒng)。大型空壓機冷 卻水系統(tǒng)，防斷水保護(hù)裝置須靈敏可靠。如運行中給水中斷，嚴(yán)禁強行給水，需停車處理。

(2) After air compression, the temperature rises sharply, the air compressor must be equipped with a useful cooling system. For the cooling water system of large air compressor, the water cut-off protection device must be sensitive and reliable. In case of interruption of water supply during operation, forced water supply is strictly prohibited and shutdown is required.

(3)空氣貯罐的設(shè)計和運行應(yīng)當(dāng)符合《壓力容器安 全技術(shù)監(jiān)察規(guī)程》的規(guī)定，安裝必要的壓力顯示及超壓調(diào)節(jié)，必要時，應(yīng)當(dāng)設(shè)計聯(lián)鎖裝置。

(3) The design and operation of the air storage tank shall comply with the regulations of Supervision Regulation on safety technology of pressure vessels. Necessary pressure indication and overpressure regulation shall be installed. If necessary, interlocking device shall be designed.

(4)大型空壓機應(yīng)根據(jù)設(shè)備特性設(shè)喘振、振動、油壓、供水、軸位移及軸承溫度等聯(lián)鎖裝置。開車前應(yīng)做空投試驗。

(4) According to the characteristics of the equipment, large air compressor shall be equipped with interlock devices such as surge, vibration, oil pressure, water supply, shaft displacement and bearing temperature. Airdrop test should be done before driving.

(5)具有一定壓力的空氣有很強的氧化性，因此，空氣在儲存和輸送過程中要嚴(yán)格防止?jié)櫥图捌渌?機物混入其內(nèi)部，以免油類及其它有 機物質(zhì)被氧化，在系統(tǒng)內(nèi)發(fā)生燃燒或其他事故。

(5) Air with a certain pressure has strong oxidizability. Therefore, during the storage and transportation of air, it is necessary to strictly prevent lubricating oil and other organic substances from mixing into it, so as to avoid oil and other organic substances from being oxidized and combustion or other accidents in the system.

(6)空氣在高速流動過程中，鐵銹及機械雜質(zhì)可能成為熾熱的火種，因此，壓縮機在運行過程中空氣入口的位置及其高度應(yīng)當(dāng)符合安 全要求，防止異物進(jìn)入。

(6) In the process of high-speed air flow, rust and mechanical impurities may become hot fire. Therefore, the position and height of the air inlet during the operation of the compressor should meet the safety requirements to prevent foreign matters from entering.

(7)空壓機運行中如聲響異常立即停車檢查處理。

(7) If the noise is abnormal during the operation of the air compressor, stop it immediately for inspection and treatment.

(8)大型空壓機連續(xù)冷啟動不宜超過三次，熱啟動不宜超過二次。

(8) Large air compressor continuous cold start should not be more than three times, hot start should not be more than two times.
