螺桿鼓風機與空氣懸浮離心鼓風機的對比

1.螺桿鼓風機與空氣懸浮離心鼓風機都是新興的鼓風機。都是采用永磁變頻電機，將風機，隔音罩，變頻器等高度集成，對比各自領域的前輩產(chǎn)品，如羅茨鼓風機，單級高速、多級離心風機等，螺桿鼓風機與空氣懸浮鼓風機無疑在技術以及效率上都有著突出的優(yōu)勢。

還有一點就是，雖然空氣懸浮鼓風機運行時沒有機械摩擦，但是在懸浮軸承啟動時仍存在物理接觸，因此不適合頻繁啟停。而螺桿鼓風機在這幾點上要優(yōu)于前者，不僅適應頻繁啟停，同時對復雜惡劣工況的適應性也更好。
